What Causes Light Bleeding During Sex When I Am Not On BC Pills?

Hi, i am 25 years old and have been having fairly light bleeding during sex. There is no pain, and the bleeding stops within an hour or so of having sex. I was not having this problem when i was using birth control pills. I saw a gynaecologist but she found nothing wrong and was given some antibiotics which i finished but the bleeding has not stopped. Please advice
