What Causes Light Brown Vaginal Discharge?

hi Doctor.. i am having irregular period so i consulted gynac.. she prescribed me Krimson35 . i have started 1 cycle.. and after my period was over i am having light brown discharge instead of normal white discharge. i use condom during sex? pls let me know is it serious?
