What Causes Light Headedness Along With Buzzing Sound In Ears?

I ve been feeling a little lightheaded for the past few days. I thought I had the flu as I also had an upset stomach, chills and some achiness. The other symptoms are pretty much gone, but the lightheadedness hasn t gone away. There also seems to be a little buzzing in my ears. Could it be an inner ear problem?
