What Causes Light Headedness Along With Disorientation And Tingling Sensation In Arms?

Ive had a few spells in the last couple weeks that start with a bitter taste in my mouth to a hot burning feeling in my chest. Similar to the feeling ive had when going underanesthesia. i also get very lightheaded and disoriented a little. Ive bever passed out but it feels like i might a little.my arms and hands get a little tingly and rubbery feeling. Im confused as to what it could be?
