What Causes Light Headedness And Nausea Along With Enlarged Pupils?

Hi, a couple of months ago I noticed that in dim lighting my left pupil was dialated more than my right pupil (both larger than average) with light headedness/dizziness and trouble focusing on near screens/phone ect. I went to the optometrist and had my blood pressure checked along with urine tests, everything was 'normal' but apparently I had a slight protein leakage in my kidneys, apparently nothing to worry about but I know that one my dad's side of the family there were multiple members with diabetes and I haven't been checked for it.
I once again felt very lightheaded and nauseous along with enlarged pupil last night and noticed that after eating I was still hungry and apparently that's a symptom of diabetes.
