What Causes Light Headedness And Tingling Feeling Inside?

I get random days where I feel lightheaded, and though I'm not shaking outwardly my insides feel all tingly, especially in my arms. I thought it was just my blood sugar but when I took it during one of these times it was normal? I'm only fifteen and these just started happening a few weeks ago?
