What Causes Light Headedness, Nausea And Slight Diarrhea?

Hi

My menstrual cycle is 8 days late. i had a laboroscopy 4 weeks ago and they removed 2 biggish ovarian cycts. I have light headedness, waves of nausea slight diarhea and painfull bowel movement. Urine pregnancy test is negative so could this be UTI?
