What Causes Light Headedness, Tender Breasts And Increased Appetite?

what could be causing me to have this symptoms? Light headed, thirsty, headaches, tender breasts, increased appetite, food cravings, tender breasts, frequent urination. I though i was expecting but my period came three days late and it was very light. I normally go for 5 days but it only came for a day and a half
