What Causes Light Headedness While On Morphine Patches?

I am on morphine patches for two weeks now ,today i feel so sick headaches tired and feeling sickly all day i have suffered from vertigo in the past and used to feel similar ,would it be possible i have vertigo back.i am recovering from surgery for frozen shoulder .
