What Causes Light Headedness With Pain In Neck And Shoulder?

Hello, I have been uncomfortable the last few days with neck and shoulder pain on my right side. I have also felt light-headed and recalling the feeling I had many years ago when I had chronic migraines. My blood pressure in my right arm is 146/85/pulse 65 and in my left arm is 134/87 pulse 64. I am a 64 year old female, am overweight but have recently joined Weight Watchers and have started a walking program. I am 5 6 and weigh 204. I guess I am asking is do you think I need to call my doctor tomorrow?
