What Causes Light Menstrual Bleeding After Taking Krimson?

hi doc i m suffering from pcod and i m taking krimson35 for last one month and i got my period after 7 day of medicine course. but i got my period with very small flow.what's the reason behind it. i also want to concieve as soon as possible. what i have to do?
