What Causes Light Menstrual Bleeding With Abdominal Pain?

HI sir we had an unprotected sex within 3rd month of my marriage and when we got to know the cause of period delay with preganews which gave positive result we didnt want child now so we used unwanted 72 which aborted the baby. Now previous month and this month blood is also very less along with pain. I want to ask is it normal or any problem bcoz i am very afraid.She was diagnosed as very low blood in her body earlier(before marriage) also. Please guide
