What Causes Light Period Along With Nausea And Lower Abdominal Pain?

I got my period on cycle day 32 which was the first time ever. My period are usually 6 days long but this one was only 4 days and then my period went away and has came back just light spotting today 01/29/2015 and once again went away... But now I m feeling very tired, nauseated, lower abdomen cramping and lots of cravings for ice cream... Could this be that I m pregnant or something else is wrong.
