What Causes Light Period,dizziness,bloating,headaches And Tiredness?

The week of august 4th i thought what i had was my period. I had what I think was my period again on sunday. But both were much shorter than normal and unusual in flow. I am dizzy, extremely bloated, headaches, dizziness and tired. What is going on?
