What Causes Light Periods, Dislike To Food, Sore Breasts And Vomiting?

I think i saw a period this month. It was light for three days just say not much on the sides of the pad and spotting for the other two days..a few days probably two later I started feeling disgusted when I thought about food.. my boobs were sore and I had Charley horses twice this week and been throwing up for the past 2 weeks... whats going on
