What Causes Light Periods, Spotting, And Pain In Ovaries?

Hello I had a c section 7 years ago. But my period has been different had my period heavy normally. But the last two months I have had it medium to light turning into light pink and then brownish discharge after about a half of a week. Swollen right ovarie and little pain. Head aches also now dizzy spells
