What Causes Light Periods, Swollen Breasts And Pink Vaginal Spotting?

My last period wasn t normal on feb17 it ended the 20th and was light my breast have been swollen and tender since the 14th i took. 3 test all negative but still have swollen enlarged breast with raised veins.. I spotted march 9th wouldn t even call it that only when I wiped it was light pink but it stopped The same day.. Could i be pregnant.. My stomach always feels like it growls
