What Causes Light Periods With Sore Breasts And Low Appetite?

I am 3 days late on my period and last month my period was only 2 days and it was light. my boobs are a little sore.. everytime i eat i dont feel like i am getting full and i have been eatting bigger amounts. i took a test and it was (-) i feel a little weak and sick could i still be pregnant?
