What Causes Light Periods,tiredness And Mood Swings?

Hi my period start on a wed I had hardly no cramps but sharp pains on thurs but by Friday morning it was gone only spottin which is not normal for me I also have had tiredness and bad mood swings with always being thirsty do I even bother with taken a pregnancy test?
