What Causes Light Spotting And Sharp Pain In Breast?

hi... We have been trying to conceive for 6 months now with no luck. I don't track when I ovulate and was going to start this month however I am now 6 days late (which is unusual as my cycle is usually 28/29 days. I'm now at 34 days) I had a light bleed yesterday...only on tissue not on pants. and today just getting ltitle tint of brown when white. hardly noticeable if I wasn't looking. I also have sharp pains in boobs and very light cramping for the last 5 or 6 days. However neg tests throughout. seen a doc who advises it's too early to test anyway :S which confuses me. Anyway I bought a temp reader in the pregnancy and trting section in boots and been playing around with it the last few days. ..usual temp down there is about 35.7 but today when I tested the temp start beeping quite quick and when I looked it was flashing 37.0. ... what does this mean? is there something wrong?
