What Causes Light Spotting Instead Of Regular Periods?

Hello, i want to ask that my gf has missed her periods in march 23 And in feb there is little bleeding so is it possible dt she is pregnant or not and if she is pregnant then is there any procesure to abort by using pills or any other way which will not harm her... Plz suggest me...
