What Causes Light Spotting,UTI And Soreness Of Boobs After Having Unsafe Sex?

My last period was 4 weeks ago and about 6 weeks ago i had unprotected sex two days later i was spotting then a week after i ended up having a uti and went to my doctor and got some antibiotics but iv been having some pregnancy symptoms like sore boobs feeling sick and tired im not sleeping properly either as i end up getting quite fidgety and uncomfortable my stomach has bloated iv been needing a wee more could i be pregnant
