What Causes Light Spotting,breast Tenderness And Dizziness?

January I had pinkish discharge for two days with no cramps, usually im on my cycle for 5 days with cramps and heavy bleeding. my breast are tender and sore and have been having clear white discharge my only child is eleven. I have been trying to get pregnant. I had frequent urination and nausea and dizziness. but my test said negative but pregnancy test showed the same when I was pregnant with my daughter it only showed in a blood test that I was pregnant eleven yrs ago am I pregnant now?
