What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding After Having Unprotected Sex?

I'm 15 yrs old and four days ago i had unprotected sex it was my first time and now four days later i'm bleeding but not heavily it was just tiny also 4 months ago i was anaemic and had to have a blood transfusion due to a Hb of 4.3. So why am I bleeding?
