What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding After Taking I-pill Followed By Protected Sex?

Hi, had protected sex 2 days before my period was due. When my period didn t come on the regular day ( &usually I m very regular) I got scared and took the i pill. Now I have light flow (within 24 hours of taking the ipill). How do I know If it s withdrawal bleeding, my period or implantation bleeding?
