What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding Along With Nausea And Abdominal Cramping?

I have irregular periods I haven t had a period in two years I started lightly bleeding two and a half weeks ago I only bleed when and a little after I use the restroom I m very nauseous I been cramping I took. A pregnancy test and I m not pregnant what s wrong!?!
