What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding Post Intake Of Unwanted Kit Pills?

I was 6th mth pregnant as per my gynac on 6.01.2015, but because of some issue I had to abort the baby. So on 7.01.2015 mine gynac had given me a big round tablet from Unwanted-kit in the morning around 10:30.
Today morning at 9:30 she had given me two more tablets from the same kit
1 tablet she had inserted into my vagina and 2 tablet I had taken it orally.
She had also given me ciploxo & metlaef tablet which I had taken around 12:00 noon.
There was sever pain and crimping in mine back and stomach ... While passing urine there was blood to coming with the urine. There are little spots of bleeding too. But no clouts or heavy bleeding is there. Is this fine or something went wrong in process?
As there are no signs if proper bleeding
