What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding While Having Fibroid In Uterus?

Today is my 15th day of circle and am experiencing light bleeding what does this mean? i saw my doctor prior to this time and he said i have fibroid in my womb so i read up that lime and applecider vinegar dries it off so have been taking it. could this be the cause of the bleeding
