What Causes Light Vaginal Discharge Post Menstruation?

I had my period on the 13 of this month and it ended on 18 or 19 and today I went to the bathroom after I showered and I had light pink blood but it was enough to kind of scared me since I already had my period I wipe twice and both I had blood I m scared
