What Causes Light White Patch Near Eye And Lips Of Child?

I need to ask about my 4 & half month old son, I have noticed light white patch near his eye and lips. Wanted to ask if this is a vitamin/calcium deficiency or what? He is feeling irritation in his gums due to teething and also facing motions problem.
