What Causes Lightening And Darkness Alternatively In Vision Post Nasal Surgery?

hello I just had nasal surgery on Wednesday. I just woke up from sleeping and although there are no lights on in the room, the room appeared to be lighting up and then going dark rapidly like there was a mild strobe light going off in the room. Should I be concerned?
