What Causes Lightening Strike Headaches On Moving The Head Quickly?

I have had lightening strike headaches for about 5 days now. Started at top left side of my head.....worked its way to the top right side of my head and now is sitting right behind my right ear. Not constant. Comes and goes. Particularly if I move my head quickly. Sometimes it strikes when I swallow. Do you know what this may be?
