What Causes Lighter And Shorter Periods With Mood Swings?

Hello. I am a 26-year-old, healthy woman, 135 pounds, active. I usually have regular menses, but last month had a lighter and shorter period, though it came on time (not too unusual, they last about 4 days and are moderate, not many symptoms, just a PMS headache and some moodiness a few days before, no cramping/backaches/anything else of note). Yesterday I got my period 5 days early, after two weeks of breast tenderness/swelling, fatigue, and headaches (a few migraines and many low-grade headaches); and about 10 days that included some dizziness, continued extreme fatigue, insomnia, high body temperature, extreme mood swings, and occassional pain through my nipples. All of these are unusual, but not severe enough in nature to necessarily be of concern.... some of the fatigue and the breast tenderness was relieved yesterday when I got my period, but those and all other symptoms have returned in force, as well as nausea (could be due to the headache).... should I be concerned, or is my body simply having an out-of-whack month? I am not under an unusual amount of stress, and my workload has been lighter than normal, but I am a military member currently deployed overseas. Thank you for your time and insight.
