What Causes Lighter Bleeding, Cramps And Fatigue?

I am having all the symptoms of having my period and only am bleeding a little then it stops. I have cramping and the fatigue that i usually have during my period but no bleeding is this normal? I also bleed during sex when it is around the time of my period... is that normal as well?
