What Causes Lighter Periods With Bad Cramps?

I am so confused right now.. I had sex two days ago and started my period the next day which is four days early.. now i have extremely bad cramps and its stopping me from defecating. the pain is so bad i can barely sit without it hurting. My period is also lighter than usual..

Whatis happening?!
