What Causes Lightheaded And Soreness In Chest?

I feel light headed kinda weak chest is sore in the mornings I am spitting
Junk out. Neck sore this has been going on for 2 weeks now. I do also feel discomfort with my thyroid I do have hashimotos but not sure that has anything to do with this
Or not. Please help
