What Causes Lightheadedness And Dizziness After Taking Concerta And Energy Drink?

Hi. I just started taking concerta about week ago, today I ended up taking it and then drank an energy drink after. I also took 800 mg of ibproffen(spelling?). Now hours later I am feeling light headed, dizzy and I feel like my heart is about jump out of my chest. Is it a possibility that I am having a bad reaction to this medicine or because I mixed it with energy drink?
