What Causes Lightheadedness And Dizziness?

Yesterday i felt light headed and lost my balance, the room is not moving around but i feel light headed and when i was in a seated position today i felt the dizzyness in my head and again almost fell out of chair. the room is not spinning but my head is in a cloud.
