What Causes Lightheadedness And Fainting While Urinating?

I just check my blood sugar level it is 113 I do have a question to ask some mornings I get up and Pee and as my bladder drains I get light headed and start to pass out if I continue to pee I will pass out.and every now and again if I'm sitting down using the bathroom I will pass out and not realize I have.
