What Causes Lightheadedness, Dizziness And Numbness In Temple?

I have been very light headed and dizzy for about a week. The past 4 days I have had numbness come and go in the area of my left temple to forehead above the eyebrow. I have also been very lethargic and have no energy. I feel like I am weak as well. I am awaiting bloodwork results for lyme disease and typical WBC and RCB, etc. Any help would be grately appreciaited. I am so scared. Im a 28 year old male with no serious health issues except for being overwieght. Im 5'11 and 245lbs. My GP put me on 30mg of Sudafed and Muccinex to see if that helps?
