What Causes Lightheadedness, Dizziness And Sweating While On Treatment For PTSD?

My husband has periodic episode of lightheadedness, dizziness, and sweating. His mother was diabetic. He has had a noncancerous tumor removed from his brain a few years ago. I checked his b/p and it was 150/92 with HR 113 and regular. At times he feels like he has a sloshing sensation in his ears. His father had Afib. He is being treated for PTSD and is on numerous medications. Do you think this could be low blood sugar since it is not his blood pressure?
