What Causes Lightheadedness, Headache And Dizziness?

light headed, dizzy, slight headache, weak feeling, NO energy, yawning all the time.. Comes and goes.. one day fine, next day like this.. Am I lacking something in my diet? I eat pretty well, i'm not overweight, I exercise moderately, 35 year old woman... very frustrating feeling this way!
