What Causes Limp On Penis During Sex?

hi!

i have been married for one month now!since 7-8 days my husband has erection but when his penis enters my vagina it gets limp and on taking penis out it ha a hard on and then he has to masturbate.we spend a lot of time on foreplay but it is of no use.we both are very tense.please help
