What Causes Lines Along The Jaw Line On Skipping Brushing At Night?

Hi, I have two lines formed inside my mouth on both sides of my jaw going from the back to my lips, I notice this whenever I miss brushing at night. Once I brush the next day and I brush that night I notice the lines fading ,, Somehow maybe I m getting bacteria in my mouth Not sure if I m clear enough for you.
