What Causes Lines On The Penile Head?

Hey, i have had what looks like flesh lines on the head of the penis. they don t really hurt or cause discomfort. I think it is a bacterial infection, but i forgot the name. It started about a year ago when i used a scented cream on my penis and didn t wash it off, I think the treatment is a general antibiotic. what do I have?
