What Causes Lip Rawness With Dysgeusia?

Just recently (in last week) the inside of my lower lips (in front of lower teeth) feels raw like it has been burned. There is no pimple, cold sore other abrasion. The feeling makes me want to rub my tongue over the area and it is annoying. Have a bitter taste in mouth as well.
