What Causes Lip Swelling With Itchy Nevus On The Body?

Hello. I am a non smoker, 56 year old 6' 1'' 220 lb male. I have had only one major surgury in the removal of my gal bladder years ago. I don't normally get sick but the other day my upper lip started to swell up and I am getting itchy spots all over my body. I do want to mention however, I did get a couple of black fly bites pryier to this present system but I have been bitten before by all kinds of bugs but only swelled up where the bug bit me. I never have had my upper lip swollen and an itchy problem before. Should I see a doctor?
