What Causes Lips Redness With Cracks, Pus, Scabs And Burning?

hi I have got soemthing wrong with my lips and the area surrounding it. It has just gone really red with cracks in the skin which are excriting and clear liquid that if left solidifys into and nast yellow scabs and it feels burning. I have been using cream for my eczema on it every half hour which keeps it from being sore for a bit but doesn't seem to clear it up at all. There has been no changes in my diet or living conditions or any of the products i have been using
