What Causes Liquid Discharge For Four Days After An Intercourse?

Am Jane, age- 26, female. Hi doctor, I had a D & C and 2 days after I had sex with my husband, after the sex I noticed I was passing out liquid like water which lasted for 4 days. Please am scared what do I do? Is it going to affect my womb or my having kids in the future?
