What Causes Little Bumps All Over The Face?

yesterday after school my friends said they saw little bumps coming up on my face. i didnt realy care for it , so i went home and washed my face. but this morining i saw it got a little worse. they are around my eyes on my chine. EVERYWHERE im thinking it can be a allergic reaction or could be bug bites. please help me figure out what this is.
